Dr. Abbie Smith-Ryan (Prof. & Dir. of Human Performance at UNC Chapel Hill)

"Creatine is one of the single most effective ingredients for improving overall health and quality of life. Until now it’s settled at the bottom of your drink or it’s mixed with other less effective ingredients. Create has taken feasibility to a whole new level."

Tasty but could use more bang for buck

All four flavors I have taste very good, and I enjoy having them every morning after my workouts. That said, for the amount of creatine per gummy (1.5g) and charging this much per bag of 90 gummies, there’s definitely more to be desired… 90 gummies per bag is 135g total, whereas a container from GNC is 500g and just $45. I just wonder if this product is simply targeted to either women who don’t take much creatine in one serving based on avg smaller size and/or wealthier individuals who can afford the major increase in cost. Again, I do like the taste and convenience, and I would recommend to friends to try them out; however, I’m personally still thinking through whether or not those things are worth the 55-65% increase in pricing compared to other creatine products. And the discounts are always paltry for products at this price point: Consumers don’t get excited about 5-10% discounts; and even the 20% discount is only for new users.
