I really like my Create gummies! They taste good, they don't upset my stomach, and they're much easier to take than pills & powders. I tend to forget to take my supplements but I haven't forgotten to take my creatine since I started using Create. I really feel a difference in my energy level & muscle recovery + muscle building, and stamina during workouts. I'd highly recommend these to anyone looking to make their creatine intake easier.

Easy gym bag to carry around. Not super flexible material so you have to be an organized packer if you want to put a lot in there. Inside zipper pocket is constantly utilized. Wish it was a little wider because the main zipper isn’t as flexible as I had hoped. Great free gift!
