2. PROMOTION DESCRIPTION

The Create Cooper’s Picks Jersey Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) begins on December 2, 2025 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time and ends on December 15, 2025 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (the “Promotion Period”).

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Create, 15 Park Row, 3M, New York, NY 10038 (“Sponsor”).

By participating, each entrant (“Entrant”) agrees to comply with these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding.

3. ELIGIBILITY

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years or older at time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and immediate household/family members are not eligible.

Void where prohibited by law.

4. PRIZES

Fifty (50) winners will each receive:

• One (1) signed Cooper DeJean jersey
  
  

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) per prize: $99
Total ARV of all prizes: $4,950

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes.

5. HOW TO ENTER

During the Promotion Period, eligible entrants may enter via the following methods:

(a) Free Method of Entry (FAMO) – No Purchase Necessary

Entrants may submit their full name and valid email address via the official free entry form located here.

Limit one (1) free entry per person.

(b) Purchase Method (Bonus Entries)

Entrants will receive ten (10) entries for each purchase of any Cooper’s Picks bundle made during the Promotion Period on Create’s website.

No limit on purchase-based entries. A purchase is not required to enter or win.

6. ENTRY CONDITIONS

All entries must be received by 11:59 PM ET on December 15, 2025.

Automated entries, fraudulent entries, and entries generated by bots or scripts are prohibited and will be disqualified.

7. WINNER SELECTION & ODDS

Sponsor will conduct a random drawing on or about December 16, 2025 from all eligible entries received.

Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries submitted.

8. WINNER NOTIFICATION

Potential winners will be notified by email within five (5) business days after the drawing.

Winners must respond and claim their prize within seven (7) days. Failure to respond may result in forfeiture, and Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

Potential winners may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and publicity release (“Prize Claim Documents”).

Sponsor is not responsible for:

9. PRIVACY

Information collected from Entrants will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy:

The Sweepstakes is not sponsored or endorsed by any social media platform (Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, TikTok, etc.).

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor from any liability related to:

• Participation in the Sweepstakes
  
  
• Prize acceptance, possession, or misuse
  
  
• Technical failures, human error, or unauthorized interference
  
  

If the Sweepstakes is compromised or corrupted in any way, Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate it. In such event, Sponsor may select winners from eligible entries received prior to termination.

11. DISPUTES

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of New York.

Any disputes shall be resolved individually, without class action, in a court of competent jurisdiction located in New York, New York.

Entrants waive the right to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. PUBLICITY RELEASE

By accepting a prize, winners grant Sponsor permission to use their name, image, likeness, and statements for promotional and advertising purposes in any media, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
